Our inspector is an InterNACHI Certified Professional Inspector and will conduct your inspection according to the InterNACHI Standards of Practice ( Standards of Practice can be found at Nachi.org ).Our reports are computer generated PDF files and you receive your completed inspection report within 24 hours after the inspection is completed. Our reports are written in plain English that makes it easier to understand and we include pictures to better relate what we are trying to explain.

We always recommend licensed professionals to further evaluate any deficiencies we discover in your inspection and include helpful tips on the average life expectancies of items of particular interest like you HVAC unit and hot water heater. You do not have to be present for the inspection, but if you are, our inspector will consult with you after the inspection and answer any questions you have to the best of his ability.

After receiving your inspection our services do not stop there.
